LeStacey has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education from the University of West Florida and a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Phoenix. She also is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. LeStacey previously served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Dixon School of the Arts and Mary’s Littla Lambs Early Learning Center.

Charles is a retired small machine operator from General Electric Co and Westinghouse Electric. He was the first African American Fire Chief for the Warrington Volunteer Fire Department in Escambia County and now serves on the fire departments board as Chairman. Charles loves working in his community and attending church.
